ニキビ跡治療のサブシジョンとは
深いニキビ跡は多くの場合、皮膚深層で瘢痕化しており通常のニキビ跡治療では中々改善しません。
その場合、皮膚深層で瘢痕化を物理的に剥離する小手術のサブシジョンという施術があります。
サブシジョンは皮膚の下層にある瘢痕組織を物理的に断ち切ることで、皮膚表面の凹みを改善します。
この手術では、針や特殊な器具を使用して皮膚下の瘢痕組織を断ち切り、新たなコラーゲンの生成を促します。
※全てのニキビ跡に有効な施術では無く、適応をしっかり見極め慎重に行います。
当院のサブシジョンの3つのこだわりポイント☝🏻✨👨🏻⚕️
①指定範囲の正常皮膚を極力温存します。(マイクロデザイン)
ニキビ跡の陥没部位のみをマーキングし、必要な部位のみにサブシジョンを行うことでダウンタイムを最小限にします。
②サブシジョンを行う前にレーザーでニキビ跡の辺縁を盆地状に削ります。
深いニキビ跡は辺縁が角ばってることが多く、この角があるとサブシジョンを行っても皮膚の上りが悪いため、あらかじめレーザーで辺縁を削っておきます。
③サブシジョン後に再陥没予防のためヒアルロン酸注入。
再陥没を予防するためにあらかじめ剥離し終わったスペースにヒアルロン酸を注入します。
これらの3つの施術を同時に行うことで、通常のサブシジョンと比較して1回の施術でかなりの凹凸改善効果がございます。
またこのスリーミクスサブシジョンは仕上げに34Gのすごく細い針で手動でダーマペンのようにニキビ跡に刺入することでコラーゲンやエラスチンの産生が促され、より治療効果を高めれるように工夫しています。

1人目の方は22歳の男性で、クレーターに対しスリーミックスサブシジョンを行いました。
施術3ヶ月後の様子です。
一度の施術でこのように皮膚の目立っていた凹みがかなり浅くなり、改善されました。

2人目は2９歳男性で広範囲にわたる深いクレーターに対してスリーミックスサブシジョンとトライフィル＋ジュベルックを行いました。
術後1か月でまだ赤みはありますが、かなり凸凹がかなり改善しているのが分かります。
また、トライフィル＆ジュベルックで肌質もかなり良くなっています。
施術による炎症後色素沈着が生じていますがこれは時間経過とともに改善します。

Subcision may involve more downtime—but in our opinion, it’s the most powerful treatment for deep acne scars.
Today, we’re introducing three monitor patients who received our signature “Three-Mix Subcision” technique for treating acne scars.
■ What is Subcision for Acne Scars?
Deep acne scars often involve fibrotic tissue tethered to the deeper layers of the skin, making them difficult to treat with surface-level therapies.
Subcision is a minor surgical procedure that releases this tethered scar tissue beneath the skin.
Using a needle or specialized blade, we carefully cut through the fibrous bands, allowing the skin to rise and encouraging new collagen formation.
⚠️ Note: This treatment is not suitable for all acne scars. We carefully assess candidacy before proceeding.
■ Our “Three-Mix Subcision” Method – Key Features
👨🏻⚕️✨ Our technique combines three steps for superior results:
① Micro-design technique to preserve healthy skin
We mark only the depressed areas and target them precisely to minimize unnecessary damage and reduce downtime.
② Laser resurfacing of scar edges before subcision
Many deep scars have sharply angled edges that limit skin elevation after subcision. We first soften these edges with laser to enhance the lifting effect.
③ Hyaluronic acid filler to prevent re-depression
After releasing the tethered tissue, we inject hyaluronic acid into the space to support the lifted skin and prevent it from sinking back.
Additionally, we finish with a 34G manual stamping technique, similar to Dermapen, to stimulate collagen and elastin regeneration—further boosting results.
■ Case ①: 22-Year-Old Male – Deep Cheek Scars
This patient underwent Three-Mix Subcision for cheek craters.
📷 3 months after treatment, the skin texture improved dramatically.
A single session significantly smoothed the deep depressions.

TriFill + Juvelook also improved overall skin quality.
Temporary post-inflammatory pigmentation is visible, but will fade with time.
