1. Skin removal area: 15 cm vertical and 4–5 cm horizontal, from beside the ear to the temple.

2. Scar placement: All hidden within the hairline except for a small area near the ear.

3. Performed under local anesthesia: Each side takes about 1.5 hours, reducing general anesthesia risks.

4. Advanced technique: After removing skin, we dissect both above and below the SMAS layer, partially remove SMAS, then lift and anchor it to the auricular cartilage.
   Dermis and skin are closed with non-absorbable sutures.

5. Regenerative injection treatment: Applied post-op, followed by taping.

6. Suture removal: Typically on day 5–7 post-op.
